1. About these terms

These terms apply to services provided by ChawoTech. By accepting a quote or paying an invoice you agree to them.

2. Free previews

Website previews are free and without obligation. Until you pay, the preview remains our property and may not be published or copied.

3. Payment

One-off website fees are due on approval, before the site goes live. Monthly plans are billed in advance. [CONFIRM GST, PAYMENT METHODS AND LATE-PAYMENT TERMS]

4. Ownership

Once paid in full, you own your website content and your domain name. Third-party tools and licences remain subject to their own terms.

5. Monthly plans

Care Plans, chatbots and automation plans have no lock-in and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

6. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos and text you give us.

7. Liability
