Our story

A local spot, run by locals.

We opened Wattle & Ember because we wanted the kind of café we’d walk to every morning: good coffee, real food and a team that remembers your order.

Our beans are roasted just down the road, our bread comes from a family bakery in Penrith, and most of what’s on your plate is made in our kitchen from scratch.

“Pull up a chair, stay a while.”
